The Entertainer store network is looking for active and customer-oriented Sales Consultants. The role of a Sales Consultant includes building pleasant communication with customers, understanding their needs, providing accurate information about products, achieving targets, and boosting the store's sales.
Store Locations: CRESCENT MALL, PORT BAKU MALL, WINTER PARK, DENIZ MALL
Candidate Requirements:
- Female and male candidates aged 18-27;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant sales field;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, English is an advantage;
- Active, flexible, proactive, communicative, and responsible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Informing customers about the brand, product range, and assisting in product selection;
- Neatly arranging products on shelves or displays;
- Assisting with receiving goods from the store;
- Ensuring that price tags match the price list and all items have the correct price;
- Continuously monitoring the arrangement during sales and filling display gaps;
- Meeting the targets and sales plans set for the store.
Job Conditions:
- Working days: 5-day shift schedule, 2 days off per week;
- Uniform provided by the company;
- Salary: 550 AZN + sales bonuses.
