If the product you purchased from The Entertainer is not suitable and you wish to return it, we’re happy to assist you. However, please take note of the following points before proceeding:
To make a return:
You have 14 days to return your item to The Entertainer, provided that:
- - The product is in its complete original packaging.
- - You have proof of purchase — this can be your store receipt, confirmation email, or the invoice/packing slip included in your package.
- - Please note: The Entertainer gift cards are non-refundable.
Faulty items
If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help.
You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt from store, your confirmation email, bank statement or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel.
We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for
refund or replacement.
For faulty products:
If you receive a faulty item, we are here to help as soon as you notice the issue. Proof of purchase (store receipt, confirmation email, or invoice/packing slip) is required for processing.
How to return an item:
When returning a product, please include your contact number, name, and order number.
