The Thames & Kosmos Crystal Garden is a hands-on crystal-growing science kit that allows children to observe crystallisation in action. A special crystal-growing solution travels through filter-paper structures and gradually forms sparkling crystal growths on the flowers and tree-shaped pieces.
Children can colour the paper elements before starting the experiment to create different decorative crystal gardens. The activity provides a visual introduction to crystal formation and growth while combining science with creativity.
