Mattel UNO Teams puts a team-based twist on the classic UNO card game. Players form teams of two and work together to get rid of all the cards in both teammates' hands. The familiar UNO gameplay remains, with players matching cards by colour, number or symbol.
Team-specific cards such as Wild Team Play and Wild Team Draw 4, along with a pass mechanic that lets players give a card to their partner, add a cooperative strategy element. If one teammate runs out of cards, they take half of their partner's hand and rejoin the game. A team wins only when both teammates are completely out of cards.
